It’s that time of year again, elections are upon us!
All positions within Club Mech (Executive and Ex-Officio) are up for election now.
Nominations are being accepted from March 7th to 5pm March 15th – pick up a nomination form in Club Mech or here.
Campaigning will run from March 15th to March 22nd.
The election will be held on March 22nd from 10am – 4pm in the main foyer of CEME.

Hello my fellow Engineers,
E-Week and Career Fair are shortly coming up and we are in need of your help to make these events a success! E-Week encompasses all the social events running from February 3-9, including E-Ball soccer, Chariot Racing, the Pit Purge and, of course, the formal E-Ball to conclude the amazing week!
Career Fair, meanwhile, runs on February 7th and 8th, with setup on the evening of the 6th. It is a formal event, with the opportunity to meet over 40 different employers, including many companies that are involved in the Co-op program. If you are interested in making industry connections, then you may find Career Fair to be extremely personally beneficial (hint: bring your resumes and wear formal wear)

Club Mech is hosting another Games Night. Come by to enjoy snacks and boardgames such as Settlers, Dominion, Carcassonne and more. The event will be held starting at 5:00 pm on Thursday January 31st, in Club Mech.
E-Week is less than 11 days away!

Boatracing tryouts are being held on Friday January 25th 3-5pm. If you can’t make this time but would still like to participate, speak to Dan Kudokas.

The Mech Dept is looking for a few people to help with setting up the Celebration of Achievements event on Wednesday January 16th.
The event begins at 6:30pm and set up will be from 1pm-5pm.
